The End Times

Psalm 51:10-17 (KJV)

10) Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11) Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12) Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13) Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
14) Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
15) O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall show forth thy praise.
16) For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17) The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Introduction:

This page will cover detailed study of the end times. We are currently formatting the information we have into a web friendly version but for now give you our very basic overview to start with. More will follow ...

Basic overview of the end times:

Christians have since the ascension of Jesus believed that they were living in the end times. It may seem odd, but they were, as are we today. The Bible clearly teaches that only Father God knows when Christ will return and therefore the time between Jesus' ascension and His return can be considered "The end times".

The biggest problem with the concept of the end times is that it brings out (how can we state this plainly in modern English) ... ok it brings out the "nuts". Yes everyone who is mentally unstable in some form, focuses on the end times at the cost of the rest of the gospel of Christ and the rest of the Bible for that matter.

Throughout the ages since Jesus returned to the Father in glory, these folk get obsessed with the end times mainly because, as stated above, they focus on a few Bible verses (normally taken out of context) and then formulate all kinds of grand imaginations of their own, without every considering the rest of the Bible in proper context.

The abovementioned "fanaticism" has probably done more damage than can be measured to the cause of true Christianity, as often these delusional people have called themselves Christian and more often than not have gone to great lengths to publish themselves, their theories and failed date setting to the secular world.

We hope to use this page to correct some of the damage by taking a look at the end times from a complete biblical perspective.
